nilgai bacon cheeseburger sliders

Nilgai Bacon Cheese Burger Sliders

2 lb of Nilgai or your favorite ground venison – (no fat added is best since you will be adding bacon)

2 bags of King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

1 large yellow onion

2 tablespoons of ketchup

1 tablespoon of Worchester sauce

½ cup of beef broth

1 pack of sliced cheddar

6 pieces of fried bacon, chopped into bits

For topping:

½ cup of brown sugar

4 tablespoons of yellow mustard

Dill Pickle Slices

Brown ground venison, then add onion, ketchup, beef brother, and Worchester sauce. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then add bacon.

Cut King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half, trying to keep as many top and bottom pieces attached. It should work like one large top bun, and one large bottom bun. Then place bottom pieces into casserole dish.

Add meat mixture on top, then layer with cheese. Finally add the top layer of bread.

To make topping, combine ½ cup of brown sugar, and 4 tablespoons of mustard. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds, and then pour syrup over top layer of buns.

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
