MISSISSIPPI STYLE WILD GAME ROAST
Ingredients
3 lb. boneless roast (this would be great with a backstrap cut in half, or roast cut out of the hams)
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing seasoning mix
1 stick of salted butter
1 jar beef gravy
1 cup water
5-6 pepperoncini peppers or one 16 oz jar
Potatoes, carrots, celery to your personal preference
Instructions
Add roast and all other ingredients, except potatoes, carrots and celery, in a crock pot. Cook on low for eight hours, or medium heat for 4-6 hours.
Last, add potatoes, celery, carrots, and let cook for another hour.
